This resource also includes space to write the lesson outcomes and how the individual students will be able to achieve these, with additional space for them to reflect on their learning in the lesson. I have used this resource in the classroom for individual students who need some extra support/scaffolding and it is always well received. You can either print these (I print two to a page and the slide is set to A4) to be used by the individual and so they can stick in the books or print and them laminate to reuse again.
